Prerequisites for admission.
the Master’s degree holders, obtained under D.M. 509/99 or D.M. 270/04, in the class of Degrees in Nursing Health Professions (SNT/01, L/SNT1) may access the Master.
The Master’s degree is also open to holders of a university diploma obtained prior to the activation of the degree courses in the above classes or of a diploma equivalent to it under art. 4 of the law 26.2.1999 n. 42, provided that they have a five-year upper secondary school diploma.
Admission procedures
If the number of applications for admission to the Master is higher than the maximum number of places available, the selection of candidates will be made by titles.

The main functions of the nurse with a master's degree in "Nursing care in the intensive and emergency area" will be the following: to ensure advanced nursing care in emergencies and territorial urgency, to ensure advanced nursing care in emergencies and hospital emergencies in adults, to ensure advanced nursing care in intensive care in adults, to ensure advanced nursing care in emergencies and neonatal and paediatric intensive care, to ensure quality and safety in critical area contexts, to integrate the humanization of care in critical areas.
