It is the institutional appointment for monitoring and reviewing the objectives achieved by Unimore with particular attention to strengths, criticalities and areas for improvement on an annual time horizon. In light of the strategic objectives defined in the three-year planning documents and in relation to the University's fundamental areas, the Governance shares with internal and external stakeholders a reflection on: organisational structure and performance, planning, quality assurance, training, research, third mission and internationalisation.
