The University of Modena and Reggio Emilia is authorised to issue digital signature certificates and CNS (National Services Card) authentication certificates as CDRL (Local Registration Centre) of the accredited certifier Aruba PEC S.p.A.
Certificates are issued at the CDRL office of the University Computer Services after de visu identification of the applicant by the operators in charge.
The certificates issued are valid for three years and can be renewed.
University staff can request remote digital signature certificates or digital signature certificates and CNSs on smart cards by contacting the University's CDRL office.
