Student Welcome Service for students with disabilities and SLDs

The Reception Service for Students with Disabilities and DSAs to request information on the services of:

  • Welcome and integration in the university world
  • Transport
  • Accommodation in specially equipped university facilities
  • Support for teaching (computer and technological aids, peer tutors and educational tutors, career and study methodology monitoring interviews, digitisation of texts, workshops, mediation for international mobility, Italian Language of Signs interpreting and teacher/student mediation)

IT Support

  • IT problems relating to the online registration procedure
  • Problems with enrolment/registration for exams, filling in study plans, etc.

Support is available Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

International Welcome Desk

The International Welcome Desk if you are an international applicant living abroad for information on:

  • Support with administrative procedures (e.g. applying for a residence permit, applying for a tax code, opening a bank account, health insurance, transport subsidies, access to accommodation search services and housing advice, accommodation certificate for diplomatic representation)
