Presentation
In 2001, an important cultural project was launched in Reggio Emilia with the aim of integrating, in both research and teaching, multidisciplinary skills for the study and teaching of topics related to communication, economics and business management. In this context, the Department's research to date has focused, among other topics, on the study of languages, strategic corporate communication, methodologies for the analysis, representation and management of data to support economic and public welfare decisions, and the digital transition of enterprises. The evolution of research activities has enabled the design of training courses that are innovative in terms of content, the profiling of new professional figures to support the competitiveness of enterprises and institutions, and teaching methodologies.
Finally, the department's third mission focuses on the establishment and consolidation of collaborations with local stakeholders for sustainable growth and social and economic wellbeing.
