Opportunities in the University: Work with us

Paid student collaborations offer the opportunity to carry out activities within university facilities. You can carry out activities up to the maximum number of hours stipulated in the calls for applications for each academic year. At the end of the collaboration, you will receive remuneration for the hours carried out and will be exempt from tax. 

There are several offers proposed by UNIMORE, read the notices and find your opportunity.

UNIMORE and Er.Go

Paid student collaborations offer the opportunity to carry out activities within the organisational units in which, the Directorates and Departmental Structures.

You may be assigned to perform the following activities, by way of example:

  • assistance in laboratories, computer and multimedia classrooms
  • participation in orientation activities
  • assistance at libraries for consultation and book lending
  • other forms of collaboration in initiatives promoted by the University

You may carry out activities up to a maximum of 200 hours per academic year, at the end of which you will receive remuneration for the hours worked.

 

UNIMORE and Er.Go

Peer tutoring collaborations allow you to facilitate the social and educational integration of students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (DSA).
You can carry out activities up to a maximum of 200 hours per academic year, at the end of the collaboration you will receive payment for the hours carried out.

After assessing the educational needs of the individual student with a disability or with a DSA, these are some of the activities you can carry out: 

  • note-taking and transcription of notes in accessible format
  • accompaniment within university environments
  • individual study support - also online 
  • learning support and use of specific aids

UNIMORE 

Those who take part in orientation and welcome tutoring activities collaborate with the Student Services Department, in particular with the Orientation and Placement Office in supporting orientation and Open Day initiatives organised by the University and decentralised structures to provide information and assistance to future students and their families.

No application is required to access the tutoring activity; selection is based exclusively on a merit-based ranking list.

UNIMORE 

The Young People's Support Fund tutoring activities are aimed at guiding and assisting students throughout their studies, at making them active participants in the educational process, at removing obstacles to successful course attendance, and at reducing the risk of dropping out and abandoning studies.

No application is required for access to tutoring; selection is made solely on the basis of a merit-based ranking list.

Two initiatives are proposed:

Preparation of didactic-integrative, preparatory and remedial study activities 

Supporting first-year students in filling the educational gaps in the basic disciplines necessary to tackle the subjects of the study courses they are enrolled in through tutoring, in-depth study and practical exercises

In Itinere Tutoring 

  • coordination of small afternoon study groups
  • implementation of learning methodologies
  • teaching the use of teaching equipment
  • distribution of information material on study courses;
  • support for a possible difficulty in the continuation of a particular path;
  • other guidance and mentoring activities promoted by each department

 

UNIMORE 

The annual call for Classroom or Welcome Tutors and Tutorial Desks offers the opportunity for paid student collaboration. 

The Classroom Tutor inserts himself/herself into the training processes by guaranteeing his/her presence and becoming a constant point of reference for the other students with the function of facilitator.

The Welcome and Tutorial Desk becomes a reference figure for international students who need support and assistance in their first moments at UNIMORE.

You can carry out activities up to a maximum of hours as indicated in the call for applications, at the end of the collaboration you will receive remuneration for the hours carried out.

The call for applications is published annually. The application is made by submitting an online application.
