More information

To access the Master’s programme, candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:
• a university degree of at least three years’ duration (according to regulations prior to Ministerial Decree 509/99);
• a degree awarded under Ministerial Decree 509/99;
• a degree awarded under Ministerial Decree 270/04;
• an equivalent qualification obtained abroad and recognised as valid by the Scientific Committee of the programme, exclusively for admission purposes;
• any other qualification provided for by current regulations that grants access to university Master’s programmes.

No admission tests are required. Candidates who meet the entry requirements will be admitted in the order in which their application is received.

The Master’s programme trains the professional figure of the “Expert in the design, technologies, and management of university and professional courses delivered online and in blended mode”.
Participation in the three PATHS enables students to specialise in a specific area:
• educational (PATH-TEACH), with skills in designing, teaching, and tutoring within professional and advanced training courses;
• technical (PATH-TECH), with skills in producing educational videos and managing training platforms and applications;
• administrative (PATH-ADM), with skills in coordinating online/blended courses at an organisational level.

At the end of the Master, participants will be able to describe models, trends, and technologies for innovation in higher education and propose digital teaching solutions.

In detail, they will acquire the skills needed to:
• design online or blended teaching activities, as well as create digital content and interactive activities using technology by completing the clusters within PATH-TEACH.
• manage platforms for online and blended learning, use digital tools and solutions for teaching, and produce digital videos by completing the clusters within PATH-TECH.
• oversee courses delivered in digital formats and manage the accreditation process for a new degree programme by completing the clusters within PATH-ADM.

The skills acquired can therefore be applied by:
• professionals already working in the university (faculty, technical staff, administrative personnel) who wish to refine their training and competencies for implementing online programmes;
• tutors and instructional designers in university and corporate contexts;
• e-Learning platform specialists and experts in video/audio and emerging technical solutions for educational purposes.
