On 29 July 2022, Ministerial Decree 930/2022 was issued, setting out the conditions to allow simultaneous enrolment in two courses of study, as provided for by Law 33 of 12 April 2022.
Simultaneous enrolment in 2 Academic Institutions is allowed, therefore it is possible to simultaneously attend 2 study courses and graduate in 2 study paths. The two study paths must be of different classes and differ by two-thirds; simultaneous enrolment is subject to a Departmental Resolution.
Contribution
As stated in the notice of benefits, in the event of double enrolment in a course of study, the exemption or reduction of university fees will be applied for both degree courses.
Regional Tax
Only in the event that double enrolment is completed for the same academic year on courses both in Emilia Romagna, is it possible to request a refund of one of the two regional fees paid.

Scholarship
In the case of simultaneous enrolment for the academic year 2024/2025 in two courses of study, a student enrolled in one course of study, who benefits from the benefits, may not choose the next course of study to which he/she enrols in order to benefit from the same intervention. Only if a student enrolled in one course of study has never taken advantage of the benefits may request them for the second course of study.
