In accordance with decisions made by the Academic Bodies and national holidays, the PhD Office will be closed to the public on the following dates:
- August 11–15, 2025
- Monday, December 8, 2025
- December 31, 2025 – January 6, 2026
During the following periods:
- August 18–22, 2025
- December 24–30, 2025
the Office will remain closed to the public but will ensure telephone support, email replies, and the regular online reception service on Thursdays.
