For the year 2026, in compliance with Academic Board provisions and national holidays, the Office will observe the following closures to the public:
- Friday 01 May 2026 (Labor Day)
- Monday 01 June and Tuesday 02 June 2026 (National Republic Day)
- from 10 to 14 August 2026 (summer closure)
- Monday 07 December and Tuesday 08 December 2026 (Feast of the Immaculate Conception)

Skills
The Student Collaborations Office manages the rankings for student collaborations, Unimore Sport Excellence peer tutoring, FSG tutoring (Youth Support Fund) and DSA (Specific Learning Disorder).
