Technical Administrative Staff Council (CPTA)

It is a collegial body representing the technical-administrative staff) (Article 20 of the University Statute).  It has advisory and proposing functions with regard to the administrative organisation of the University and to matters concerning technical-administrative personnel, in compliance with the sphere of autonomy and responsibility that the Law and these Articles of Association assign to the Director General and the Board of Directors.

The composition of the CPTA must adequately represent the staff of the central and decentralised structures as well as organisational and professional differentiations. At least one third of its members must belong to one of the two locations. The Council holds office for three years and is appointed by decree of the Rector.
