Student Conference

It is a representative body of the student body at the University level, it promotes and coordinates the participation of students in the university organisation and performs advisory functions towards the governing bodies of the University in accordance with the provisions of the Statute and the University Regulations, as well as propositional functions on matters concerning exclusively or prevalently the interest of students (Article 21 of the University Statute). The Student Conference consists of one student elected for each Department and eight members by right: four elected to the Academic Senate, two elected to the Board of Directors and two elected to the Evaluation Board. The members remain in office for two years. 

The activities of the Student Conference are complemented by those of the Student Services Table, which has the task of analysing and formulating proposals on student services. The Table is appointed by Rector's Decree and is composed of five Student representatives (including PhD School Students) and two Lecturers; in addition, an administrative unit is involved in coordinating the Table with Delegates, Departments and Offices.
