It is competent for all disciplinary proceedings concerning full professors, associate professors and researchers, operating according to the judgement of peers, in compliance with the adversarial principle (Article 18 of the University Statute). The Disciplinary Board holds office for four years and is composed of three full professors, three associate professors and three permanent researchers, and the same number of alternates.
