The Board of Directors is constituted by decree of the Rector and consists of 11 members: Rector, three members not belonging to the roles of the University, five members belonging to the roles of the University, two student representatives. The General Manager and the Pro Rectors without voting rights participate in the BOARD of Directors. See art. 13 of University Statute.
Has financial-administrative management duties.
