Technology Transfer Commission

The University Technology Transfer Commission, pursuant to articles 3 and 4 of the Regulation on new entrepreneurship and on the ownership, management and exploitation of intellectual property of the results of the research carried out at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, performs an advisory function in favour of the Board of Directors on the establishment and management of spinoffs and the exploitation of the results of the research carried out at the University.
